DRIVERS WANTED

Positive, energetic female or male drivers are required for:

  • Minisbus school runs for Assisted School Travel Program – 3 to 4 hrs per day, split over AM and PM shifts.
  • Gosford/Woy Woy, Wyong and Waratah areas.
  • Minibus charter events on a casual basis, midweek and/or weekends.

Essential criteria:

  • Current LR licence, OR commitment to obtain within 3 months.
  • NSW Bus Drivers Authority, OR commitment to obtain within 3 months.
  • Fit and mobile person for wheelchair loading.
  • A sound driving record and the desire and motivation to drive well.

Candidates will possess the following attributes:

  • Exceptional communication skills – ability to listen to instructions and act with minimal guidance. Speak, write and listen effectively, organize thoughts logically, and explain everything clearly.
  • Ability to follow procedures and protocol.
  • Have a caring nature and show gratitude and appreciation to others.
  • Have a planned and organised approach to events.
  • Be honest with yourself and stand by your agreements and commitments.
  • Have an intention to learn and improve yourself.
  • Have a priority around health and wellness.
  • A professional person, with a strong work ethic who is adaptable and flexible.

Introductory cover letter must be included along with your CV/resume and a copy of your current driving history from RMS NSW.

Successful applicants will require to obtain a police check and working with children clearance through RMS NSW.
